It’s 1972. CENTURY 21 has just been set up in California by Art Bartlett and Marsh Fisher. Estate agents from all over the United States are joining this new company. Their goal is to raise competitiveness among independent real estate agents and to offer consumers professional, high-quality service.
1987. The first CENTURY 21 franchises open in France. Thanks to efficient publicity events and high-quality service, the organisation grows rapidly to become the most renowned real estate company in France, with more than 900 offices.
CENTURY 21 is also the absolute market leader in Belgium, where it has been operating as a real estate specialist since 1995. It currently has more than 195 offices throughout the country. The Belgian organisation is by far the most recognised and consulted real estate organisation. 93% of Belgians know CENTURY 21, and the vast majority of them also choose this specialist for their real estate transactions.
CENTURY 21 is currently the largest real estate organisation in the world, with 6 900 offices in 75 countries.
